The data used is in the form of secondary data obtained from the official website www.idx.co.id and www.ksei.co.id. The sample in this study were publicly traded companies rated by PT. Pefindo with a sample size of 20 companies. The sampling technique used a non probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the form of panel data. From the results obtained, there are 3 variables that have a significant effect on the bond rating, namely: Leverage (DER), Company Size (FS), and Guarantee (Secure). The general problem in this study is where the lack of influence of career exploration, career development and work motivation on employee performance at the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports, North Barito Regency, where employee performance decreases so researchers need to know the influence of which variables affect employee performance at the Department of Culture Tourism, Youth and Sports of North Barito Regency</em></p> <p><em>&nbsp;</em></p> <p><em>The population in this study were 65 employees at the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports, North Barito Regency, data were taken from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The variables in this study are the independent variables (Independent) career exploration (X1), career development (X2) and work motivation (X3) while the dependent variable (dependent) is Employee Performance (Y). Data were analyzed using SPSS Version 25.</em></p> <p><em>&nbsp;</em></p> <p><em>The results showed that simultaneously career exploration, career development and work motivation had a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports, North Barito Regency. Partially, career exploration and career development have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports, North Barito Regency, while work motivation has no significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports, North Barito Regency. The urgency of this research is to analyze<br>the implementation of the PKH social assistance program and basic foodstuffs in the midst of the<br>Covid-19 pandemic so that it becomes an evaluation material to be able to cover aid to the affected<br>community. The purpose of conducting the research was to gain knowledge about the<br>implementation of PKH assistance and basic foodstuffs in the middle of Covid-19 in North Barito<br>Regency. This type of research is qualitative research. In conducting research, the authors obtain<br>information by making observations about the process of distributing aid, interviewing related<br>parties, and carrying out documentation. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work discipline, leadership style and training on the performance of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan.</em></p> <p><em>This study uses the census method using primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sample in this study were 73 employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration, Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan. The sampling technique used is the census method or sampling with the saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression.</em></p> <p><em>The results showed that: (1) work discipline, leadership style and training simultaneously had a positive effect on the performance of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan. In this study the population was all Civil Servants in the Muara Teweh City Regional Secretariat in 2021, totaling 221 civil servants. The sampling technique used is Accidental Sampling, which is a sampling method by choosing who happens to be there. The technique used to collect data in this research is in the form of questionnaires and documentation.</em></p> <p><em>The results of this study indicate that (1) Prior to the application of the SKP, respondents' responses to the Employee Work Target indicator obtained an average score index of 28.01. Based on the score index category based on the three box method, the average score is at a moderate score. (2) After the implementation of the SKP, the average variable answer score index was 38.45. Based on the score index category based on the three box method, the average score is at a high score. This research is a population research with the number of respondents as many as 30 employees. The instrument validity test uses the Pearson Product Moment correlation technique formula contained in the SPSS software version 22.0 for windows, while the reliability test uses Cronbach Alpha. The analysis technique used is simple and multiple linear regression test at a significance level of 5%.&nbsp; </em></p> <p><em>The results of the study show that: (1) Incentives, allowances and motivation simultaneously have a positive effect on the performance of the employees of the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Murung Raya Regency.
