Abstract

This research was aimed to find out the effect of motivating factors such as salary, reward and social necessity on the performance of PT AGU official employee simultaneously. The source of data was primaryandsecondary. Technique of analysis used SPSS 12.0 version for Windowsfor statistically computation and hypothesis testing.


Based on F testing, it was found that there was no significant effect of independent variables (X1, X2, X3) on dependent variable (Y). It showed by Fcount< Ftable (1,282 < 3,24), therefore, Ho was accepted Hi was rejected. In other words, salary (X1), reward (X2), and social necessity (X3) had no significant effect on the official employee performance of producting division at PT. AGU Muara Teweh (Y). Simultaneously, it was found determinant coefficient or R square (R2) as 19,4 %. So, the first hypothesis had no effect on on the official employee performance of producting division at PT. AGU Muara Teweh. Partially it could be reported that : salary (X1) has no effect on the official employee performance of producting division at PT. AGU Muara Teweh with Tcount< Ttable (- 1,888 < 2,120), reward (X2)had no effecton the official employee performance of producting division at PT. AGU Muara Teweh with tcount<ttable (0,368 < 2,120), and Social necessity (X3)had no effecton the official employee performance of producting division at PT. AGU Muara Teweh with tcount<ttable(0,220 < 2,120). Moreover, there was no dominant variable.
