PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN SITUASIONAL DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS PERHUBUNGAN, KOMUNIKASI DAN INFORMATIKA BARITO UTARA

Abstract

This research is supposed (1) to know significant influence of Situational Leadership Style and Motivation simultaneously and partially on the performance of Post Communication and Telecommunication Department workers at North Barito Regency, (2) to know the most dominant influence variable on the performance of Post Communication and Telecommunication Department workers at North Barito Regency. By doing survey on 30 respondents and analysis by using multiple linear-regressions, the results of study are: 1). Situational Leadership Style and Motivation simultaneously influenced the workers’ performance of Post Communication and Telecommunication Department at North Barito Regency as big as 42,6%;2)Situational Leadership Style and Motivation partially  influenced the workers’ performance of Post Communication and Telecommunication Department at North Barito Regency; Situational Leadership Style influence is B = 0,225; β = 0,305; p = 0,045, and motivation influence is B = -0,497; β = 0,544; p = 0,001; 3) The most dominant variable on the workers’ performance of Post Communication and Telecommunication Department at North Barito Regency is motivation as big as 54,4%.
