Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine which variables affect customer satisfaction Excellent Qmall Banjarbaru City, the analytical technique used is multiple linear regression, with a sample of 68 customers Excellent Qmall Banjarbaru City.
The results of this study are that together Reliability, Assurance, Tangible, Empathy and Responsiveness have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Excellent Qmall Banjarbaru City. The dominant influence on customer satisfaction is the tangible variable.
