This study aims to examine the analysis that affects the performance of the employees of the Office of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports, North Barito Regency. The general problem in this study is where the lack of influence of career exploration, career development and work motivation on employee performance at the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports, North Barito Regency, where employee performance decreases so researchers need to know the influence of which variables affect employee performance at the Department of Culture Tourism, Youth and Sports of North Barito Regency


 


The population in this study were 65 employees at the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports, North Barito Regency, data were taken from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The variables in this study are the independent variables (Independent) career exploration (X1), career development (X2) and work motivation (X3) while the dependent variable (dependent) is Employee Performance (Y). Data were analyzed using SPSS Version 25.


 


The results showed that simultaneously career exploration, career development and work motivation had a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports, North Barito Regency. Partially, career exploration and career development have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports, North Barito Regency, while work motivation has no significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth and Sports, North Barito Regency. Career exploration was proven by testing the dominant hypothesis and proved by the significance value of each variable.
