ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN (PKH) DAN PROGRAM BANSOS SEMBAKO DITENGAH PANDEMI COVID-19 DI KABUPATEN BARITO UTARA

Abstract

This research was conducted due to the phenomenon of the Covid-19 outbreak that occurred in
all countries, including Indonesia. Which causes significant influence in various sectors, including
the economic sector. This has led the Government to make various efforts to reduce the burden on
the community, namely by providing social assistance. The urgency of this research is to analyze
the implementation of the PKH social assistance program and basic foodstuffs in the midst of the
Covid-19 pandemic so that it becomes an evaluation material to be able to cover aid to the affected
community. The purpose of conducting the research was to gain knowledge about the
implementation of PKH assistance and basic foodstuffs in the middle of Covid-19 in North Barito
Regency. This type of research is qualitative research. In conducting research, the authors obtain
information by making observations about the process of distributing aid, interviewing related
parties, and carrying out documentation. The results of this study are that the implementation of
the family hope program (PKH) and the basic food programs in North Barito district have not
made the beneficiaries welfare (KPM).
