Abstract

Efforts to improve organizational performance must cover all levels of the organization, both upper, middle and lower levels. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work discipline, leadership style and training on the performance of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan.


This study uses the census method using primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sample in this study were 73 employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration, Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan. The sampling technique used is the census method or sampling with the saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression.


The results showed that: (1) work discipline, leadership style and training simultaneously had a positive effect on the performance of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan. (2) work discipline, leadership style and training partially have a positive effect on the performance of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan. (3) Work discipline is the most dominant factor affecting the performance of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan.
