Abstract
This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of incentives on the performance of the employees of the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports, Murung Raya Regency. (2) the effect of the provision of allowances on the performance of the employees of the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Murung Raya Regency. (3) the effect of providing motivation on the performance of the employees of the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Murung Raya Regency.
This research is categorized as survey research, with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. This research is a population research with the number of respondents as many as 30 employees. The instrument validity test uses the Pearson Product Moment correlation technique formula contained in the SPSS software version 22.0 for windows, while the reliability test uses Cronbach Alpha. The analysis technique used is simple and multiple linear regression test at a significance level of 5%.
The results of the study show that: (1) Incentives, allowances and motivation simultaneously have a positive effect on the performance of the employees of the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Murung Raya Regency. (2) Motivation is the most dominant factor influencing the performance of the employees of the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Murung Raya Regency.
